About Play As Medicine (Online Course)

Play As Medicine is a 6-week course to learn the fundamentals of play and expression as medicine tools rooted in a Mexican-Indigenous worldview. You will learn the theory behind how play and expression are medicine inspired by a land-centered and elemental perspective for your own conscious development. You will guided to approach the plant and elementals from a playful way to infuse our medicines and lives with this potent energy.

Who Is This For

Theatre of Life is a space that is open to all. This space is well suited for those who are interested in re-animating our senses and tuning in a deep way to play, plants, and the spirit of the land/elementals. This is a play-based and creative expression forward space; it is well suited for those who are ok with feeling silly and diving into the unknown. If you feel like any of the mentioned topics are a brave space for you to step into; this space is for you too.
