About Commune (Online & In-Person)
Commune is a seasonal, subscription-based container and embodiment space to practice playing/expressing as medicine and to approach the plant and elementals from a playful way to infuse our medicines and lives with this potent energy. We attune our senses and bodies to the subtle energies of our inner universe and our Other-Than-Human relatives to develop mastery over the masks we wear to align with our true selves and become vessels for our power and medicine. We do this through play, embodiment exercises, jams, plant/elemental meditations, herbalism ( essences, teas, baths, and agua florida), and land-based ancestral technologies.
Commune brings us together to deepen our relationships to our presence and inhabit our bodies and world with greater emotional, psychic, and embodied awareness.

Theatre of Life is a space that is open to all. This space is well suited for those who are interested in re-animating our senses and tuning in a deep way to play, plants, and the spirit of the land/elementals. This is a play-based and creative expression forward space; it is well suited for those who are ok with feeling silly and diving into the unknown.
