Do you feel like you are wearing a mask? Do you need support remembering what lies below the mask? This space will support you in connecting and listening to your Body and Intuition! I come to peer coaching from a listening first, compassionate, play-based, Land/Nature centered approach rooted in my Theatre of Life embodiment methodology.

This space might be an especially good fit for those who:

• Are neurodivergent or “different in some way” and needing support in building a life that celebrates their uniqueness 

• Are learning to listen to their body’s wants and needs

• Seeking to embrace their inner children 

• Remembering how to access play and their authentic way of being in life

• Are honing and connecting to their creative expression for their evolution as an artist or for the supported development of a creative/ artistic project.
